Nathan and Mike, the hosts of Midnight Mysteries, wanted to give their new podcast an eerie feeling. With a history of making props and miniatures, Nathan had the idea of incorporating these cryptid inspired creatures and mysterious files into a professional podcast intro!

We took inspiration from the intro to Marvel Studios’ Loki, leaning into the odd look and close ups used with wide lenses. This was aided by the mysterious feeling created by musical talent Joel Pechler, who provided a synth-retro supernatural track.
